COSMOPOLITE SIGNATURE DAY

1. Nature of the Service

The COSMOPOLITE SIGNATURE DAY is a curated, artist-led experience combining creative direction, visual documentation, conversational exploration, and situational framing.

It is not psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.
No therapeutic claims are made, implied, or offered.

Participation is voluntary and based on personal responsibility and agency.

2. Scope of Engagement

The Signature Day may include, depending on the agreed format:

  • Creative or documentary photography
  • Curated conversations and narrative framing
  • Artistic observation and situational reflection
  • Event or milestone documentation
  • Personal or relational moments captured through an artistic lens

The exact scope is defined prior to booking and confirmed in writing.

Any outcomes, insights, or effects experienced are subjective and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Artistic Authority & Creative Discretion

COSMOPOLITE operates as an independent artistic practice.

  • Artistic direction, aesthetic decisions, and narrative framing remain at the discretion of the artist.
  • The artist does not follow prescriptive shot lists, scripts, or externally imposed concepts unless explicitly agreed beforehand.
  • Clients engage the Signature Day for the artist’s perspective, not as a service-for-hire in a commercial production sense.

4. Client Responsibility

By participating, the client confirms that:

  • They are mentally and emotionally capable of participating in reflective or expressive experiences.
  • They take full responsibility for their reactions, decisions, interpretations, and actions during and after the Signature Day.
  • They understand that the experience may be introspective, confronting, or revealing, without being therapeutic.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Discretion is a core value.

  • All conversations and experiences are treated as confidential.
  • No content is shared publicly without explicit written consent from the client.
  • Clients may request full privacy, partial anonymity, or controlled publication.

COSMOPOLITE reserves the right to decline publication even with consent if it conflicts with artistic integrity or brand positioning.

6. Image & Material Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client receives personal usage rights for delivered images or materials.
  • Commercial use, licensing, or third-party publication requires a separate agreement.
  • Raw files are not delivered.

COSMOPOLITE retains copyright over all artistic material created.

7. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the Signature Day.
  • Full payment is due prior to the engagement unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations by the client result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and discretion.

COSMOPOLITE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with deposits credited or refunded accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • COSMOPOLITE is not liable for emotional distress, personal decisions, lost opportunities, or indirect consequences arising from participation.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Signature Day.
  • The client releases COSMOPOLITE from claims arising from subjective interpretation of the experience.

9. Right of Refusal

COSMOPOLITE reserves the right to refuse or terminate an engagement at any time if:

  • Mutual respect or trust is compromised
  • The engagement conflicts with artistic, ethical, or personal boundaries
  • Expectations become incompatible with the nature of the work

In such cases, fees are handled fairly and proportionally.

10. Governing Principle

The COSMOPOLITE SIGNATURE DAY is founded on:

  • Artistic integrity
  • Mutual respect
  • Personal sovereignty
  • Discretion and clarity

By booking, the client confirms they understand and accept the non-therapeutic, artistic, and experiential nature of the engagement.
